Surl
Surl ("surl unlengthens resource locators") is a command-line interface to metamark.net (a URL shortening service). It is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v. 3. Surl depends on the following software:
- Python (v. >= 2.4)
To install, decompress the archive and run the following command in the "surl" folder:
# python setup.py install
Gentoo users can find Surl in the Sunrise overlay.
